AQUISITION OF MOSCHOLIOS
ELTON acquires 52% of Moscholios Chemical SA, places itself in leading position within the Greek market.
STOCK EXCHANGE
ELTON S.A. is listed in the Athens stock exchange market.
NEW SUBSIDIARY
ELTON GROUP founds its subsidiary in BULGARIA.

LABORATORY
Establishes Chemical Laboratory, in order to improve the services that ELTON offers to its customers.

Starts its expansion in the Balkan market and founds its first subsidiary in ROMANIA, ELTON CORPORATION SA is born.

LOGISTICS EXPANSION
Doubles its logistics facilities in Attica and Thessaloniki.

ELTON invests on expanding its network within Greece by founding a branch in Thessaliniki-North Greece.

SECTOR EXPANSION
ELTON expands even further by distributing raw materials for detergents, coatings,adhesives and inks.

ELTON moves its headquarters and warehouse to its own facilities in Kifissia, a strategic location that enhanced customers service, and logistics
